What We Do

Investment Management
We take a disciplined approach to investing that focuses on total return. We believe in risk management and tax awareness for your personal situation. Our relationship with Avantax allows us access to teams of analysts and software, but each of our investment portfolios is designed specific to you.

Financial Planning
We believe in the financial planning process of getting to know you and what is important to you first, then gather all relevant information pertaining to your current situation to analyze before making recommendations as to investment selections.  As life happens, we work together to make necessary and prudent adjustments.

Retirement Planning
Did you know that Social Security was only designed to replace 40% of income in retirement? Traditionally, retirement funding consisted of 3 sources – social security, employer pensions, and personal savings. As time has evolved, there is greater need than ever on outside personal savings. We work to define a target amount you need for retirement and develop strategies and plans to get you there.

Insurance
Our beliefs about insurance consist of knowing what risks lie ahead. We use insurance as a tool to reduce or transfer specified risks that could be detrimental to your financial plan. Based on your personal situation, we find the most competitive insurance companies to purchase insurance policies.

Estate Planning
Estate planning is more than tax planning. Estate planning should have the focus on you and your goals. Together, we develop plans for how to handle your unique situations should they arise. We have helped our clients and their families to allow for as much ease and peace of mind as possible through an otherwise stressful time.

Education Planning
Tuition can be expensive, but planning for the road ahead can ease your burden. We help you plan for education expenses using a savings plan and investments in a tax optimized account. Using the right type of account, such as a 529 account, and planning can reduce the amount otherwise needed to fund higher education.
