Ms. Jungen began her accounting career in 1997 and she became a shareholder of Edgar, Kiker & Cross in 2007. The State Board of Public Accountancy licensed Ms. Jungen in 1998 and she attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2005. In addition, she holds a Texas Group I Life, Health and Accident insurance license as issued by the Texas Department of Insurance and Series 7* and Series 66* securities licenses. Ms. Jungen specializes in business and personal financial reporting and planning, wealth accumulation, business succession planning, estate, business profitability and tax planning. Ms. Jungen is active in various professional and civic organizations. She serves on the Executive Board of Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and on its CPE Advisory Board. She is a board member for numerous organizations including the local Spindletop Rotary, the Lamar University Alumni Advisory Board, the Lamar University Accounting Advisory Board and the Lamar Institute of Technology Advisory Committee.  She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Financial Services Institute and the Financial Planning Association. Ms. Jungen is a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church where she also serves as their organist/keyboardist.
